Default Trim leak?????????????????

Hey guys, just got back from an awesome week with my 3 and 6 year old girls, the wife and the V20. We went to lake Nubanusett in NH. Very nice uncrowded 650 acre lake. My brothers and sisters and nieces/nephews came too. About 20 of us for a week, the V ran flawless every day waterskiing tubimg site seeing..... it was a blast!

At night when the boat was at dock I saw a constant film of oil coming from the middle trim piston. Then when I went to take the boat out yesterday (the last day , thank God). the lower unit bumped the sandy bottom at the ramp. boat was not in gear. I lost my up and down for the most part. It will go up slowly, hesitating... but once all the way up it aint going back down. I have to release the motor using the screw on the side.

Whats the best way to diagnose this and is it an at home fix? Simple gaskets/rings? It is an all original 1999 Yamaha Salt Water Series 200hp, carbed. If you look at pics it looks like it is blown out.
Where would I get the tool to remove the cap? I am guessing that I have to use those four holes on the top.
