Thats not going to be an easy answer. we pulled the winch post off of all our big yard trailer for that very reason, you only have to get a pulpit hung up once to realize the amount of damage that can come from it. I'd shorten the post as low as possible, get rid of the dual v blocks and go to a single roller for a bow stop. I've seen some set ups where the winch is mounted fwd of the bow stop, on a separate post, that keeps it away from the pulpit. You use a separate strap to secure the boat once you've pulled it up to the bow stop. I'd still recommend keeping the anchor off the pulpit till you've launched the boat, might be a pita, but its better than damaging your boat. We used to just hang the anchor on the bow rail till the boat was clear of the trailer.
