Anyone have any info on Offshore Marine of Offshore Yachts?

Not a darn thing I can find via google. I'm looking to buy this

22 foot bay boat. Just have questions about build quality, etc. As usual, whenever a builder goes tits up and leaves no trace, that usually means bad things.
