Thanks boyz. They are great eating. So far I've eaten it grilled, blackened and fried. All absolutely superb but I'm really diggin the blackened dolphin with soy and wasabi on the side. REH76 showed me how to blacken YFT a little while back so I gave it a whirl on the dolphin. Good stuff!
