Default Looking to sell my 1987 V20 fisherman CC

I have a 1987 Wellcraft V20 Fisherman Center Console that I am trying to sell. I am just having a little trouble with putting a price on it.

When we bought it, the owner had replaced the original motor with a 225hp Johnson Sea Pro and at the time of purchase, it only had 120 hours on the motor. There still are no problems with it and I've gotten the boat to go as fast as 50mph.

The wiring was a mess; however, last week I paid to have all of the wiring in the boat completely redone and restored.

The teak wood trim is still in good condition and has been cleaned up, but is still in need of more restoration to be in the best condition.

We added a stainless steel T-Top (blue) to the center console

The only problems are with the deck. Before you panic, the deck is solid; however, the original owner, in an attempt to free up more space, removed the original captains chairs, but did not replace them or seal the holes left behind for the pedestal mounts. Due to this, there is now approximately a 2' x 4' spot where you stand that is kind of soft. We didn't replace the seats for this reason. It would require a reciprocating saw, some marine grade plywood and some fiberglass work to repair the soft area and allow for replacement seats. There are also some instances of small spider cracks around a few of the hinges to the fish well and front storage compartment.

The rub rail has been replaced and the stock white dock line has been replaced with a solid blue 5/8" dock line.

The steering was replaced last year along with the wiring harness and water pump.

I installed a cd player/am/fm radio unit and mounted two marine audio speakers on both sides of the front center console seat and also installed a new bildge pump with float switch and a new glove box.

Any ideas on where to start on getting a price to set it at? If you need more information, let me know and I'll get it to you. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
