You know, going for one ride in a new to you boat and then waiting 6 months is about zero fun. With the awful winter we had up in the northeast there wasn't much I could do to her to get her ready other then keep the ice and snow from ripping the cover. I towed her down to my friend's garage (one day I want the storage that he has...I think at present there are 5 boats, a motorhome and a 1970's FJ landcruiser in there.

All electronic stuff is done, stereo is set, vhf is good, bilge is good. Win! Ground the keel down, all trailer war wounds were fixed with epoxy.

Since Ozzie started the pictures of what she looked like I figured I'd throw some up, we will get some of the interior without dust everywhere shortly! Today she got her bottom sealed with Interlux 2000E and bottom paint. She's about 10 days from going into her slip for the duration of the year. I cannot wait!

Like I've always said...she's in good hands!!...all the right things gettin' done and done rigtht!!...hate her belly had to be painted, but if she's gonna live in the water, then that's the way it's gotta be...hope you put a bigger bilge pump in there...that old one looked a little skimpy...didja get the check-valves in?...
