Smoker build and meat...
Built me a UDS out of a drum. I got a buddy that has two and Ive eaten some good stuff off of them throughout hunting season up there. I decided to build me one. (colors are Auburn..WAR EAGLE!)
 I did a sirloin last weekend that turned out pretty good. Did this butt last night/yesterday Apple wood rub and smoked with cherry wood. I pulled it at close to 7 hours and then wrapped it up with a little apple juice and slow cooked 3 more. Falling apart. Man i love this new "hobby"
