I agree with this letter and after 40 years of work (I am 52 and started when I was 12) I decided to take advantage of all the money I paid into the government, since my position was eliminated by a Mexican company. I am now in school to better myself and get another job.

Anyway the Robert Hall is NOT the CSI actor. Here is an excerpt from a blog in his own words:
