It did so good today in really snotty conditions Ferm I am never going to touch that baby. We came back in heavy rain and 2.5 to 3.5 footers. I put that bow down just a little and because it now holds plane at such low speed we came in without a single drop from the sea on board and a nice soft ride.
If you or Todd get me that 225 carb set I will pick up a couple hundred rpm and it will be an ideal set up for me. The other thing is that I had her loaded real heavy, I never run with a full tank on that thing because it is such a big tank and I can do a normal day of fishing at least twice if not more with less than half a tank. With that half a tank that motor / prop combo launches that 6000 lbs.+ boat out of the water. Anyhow thanks for the time on the phone brother, I enjoyed the conversations and the wisdom.
