Mercury 250 EFI Yr 2000
Any of you fellows have any input on this motor, approx 700 hrs running very well and strong.
I am not concerned with performance but rather durability, historical problems with year/model etc. My local mechanic says they are the Chevy 350 TBI of the boat world, simple and strong. My Merc two stroke info is from mid 90's and earlier and that was not pleasant.
