Should i buy this trailer?

I am thinking of buying this COX Tandem Galvanized trailer for my V21. It's an older bunk model and looks to be in good shape. The only issue is that the wheels seem to be located at the center of the trailer. Is this ok for loading and offloading? I notice that most newer trailers have the wheels nearer to the rear of the trailer. Any input/advice would be appreciated. Here's the link to the post on Craigslist:
