What a mess. The media in Florida is saying the rig is just off the Florida coast. I guess it is in the most literal sense. So is Africa.
It is the ammunition the anti-drillers have been waiting for. I don't understand. They were drilling with no casing and the well came in on them??? Is that what happenned? I hope they get it solved soon.
