Cut the straights w/a circular saw and around the corners w/a jigsaw...then an orbital sander rounds 'em off smooth...but what really sweetens the deal is a router w/a 1/8" roundover bit...
Yeah, sometimes I forget how much of a pro look the roundover bit produces - nice work.
