Got ripped off on EBAY

so the procedure is you file a claim with paypal and they contact the seller and give them 10 days to respond which was yesterday the 14th

got this email today.

All sounds great until I read the last paragraph....assuming the guy was ripping off 40 people in one shot I doubt he left the money in his paypal account.....we'll see.

We were able to recover $94.50 USD and this amount has been credited to
you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.

If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
recover the balance from the seller.
