1990 v20 pump ?

I noticed yesterday in the bow by the starboard side under the seating area, there is a pump, anyone knows what this pump is for? Does not look like bildge pump cause is not mounted in the bildge low, but is mounted on the stringer horizontaly with a hose going out to a hull thru fitting and the other hose don't know where. Help.
