Removing or rotating this fuel tank fitting

I appreciate the advice. I couldn't get it to budge and didn't want to break anything, so I came up with another plan. I'll use the same fitting and some hose barb elbows to change the course of the hose. Brass 90s wouldn't work because the fitting is so close to the tank that you couldn't thread it in. I'll let you know how it turns out.
