evinrude wont idle

The other day I took my v out fishing and I had some engine trouble. The boat ran great on the way out to the fishing spot. When I went to start it to move to another spot It took awhile to get it started and it did not want too stay running. I had to hurry up and throw it in gear and give it throttle then it ran fine . When I slowed down to idle it started to run rough and then stalled.I repeated this 2 or 3 times with the same outcome. I took the plugs out and they were dripping with gas.I put a new set of plugs in and still had the same problem. When I took them out they to were covered in gas.When I run it with ear muffs and hose it will idle (a little rough) but will not stall.Did a compression check and all cyclinders were at 110.My vro is not hooked up i am running pre mix.I cleaned all of the carbs,all new fuel lines,filter and gas.Please help I cant figure this problem out .The motor is a 1992 150 evinrude and like I said at full throttle it runs like a champ.Thank in advance for any advice that you might have.
