Oh man, that's that guy at Santee ain't it??
From what I remember, a game warden commandeered a fisherman's cooler (after evicting from this earth the offending reptile) to put the arm in for transport to reattach it. EEEEaaauhhhh!!! I seem to remember this guy was trying his luck at "noodling".
