Welcome to the site!!
You are going to need to remove the sending unit to get in the tank, Get all gas out and use a rag to get whats left of the fuel. Then you could blow some air in there with a rag over the pick up. But that might not be your problem, There might be a rotted anti siphon vale clogging? Like said above try search, all has been covered!!
