Builders Supply Center here in Pensacola Florida has brazilian teak (aka cumaru) deck boards for $2.40 a linear foot. These boards are 1 inch thick by 5 1/2 inches wide. They come in 8' and 10' lengths. A 8 footer is $19.20 and a 10 footer is $24.00. I bought some to build my bow pulpit with and this is some very hard and strong wood. Their number is 850-434-1001. There is a new shipment coming soon and they said the price will go up to $2.55 a linear foot when they get the shipment.
