Welcome to the site.
Unless you are getting it practically free and want to do alot of work it I would not recommend getting it based on what you have stated above. There's just too many boats out there that are reasonably price and do not have those kinds of issues. Keep looking....let us know what area you live and we will help look too. Now if it IS practically free and you WANT to do the work - you have come to the right place! Post up a few pics and your questions and these guys will have you off and running in no time.
