			I have been eatting "sand sharks" for years, they are delicious steaked and grilled, or fried up traditionally. 
		
		
		
		
		
		
			I have a cookbook @ the beach that has all that stuff in it, I bought it @ the NC Aquarium about 25 years ago. Just be sure to bleed them sharks or you get that "funky" taste.
