Mercruiser 470 3.7L 190hp- Worth anything?

I am getting ready to begin pulling a MERCRUISER 470 3.7L 190HP 4 cylinder and outdrive to convert a 1975 CC to outboard. The "lower-lower unit" is bad, but otherwise runs well. Is there a market out there so that its worth enough to fool with trying to sell? Any thoughts or interest? Thanks.
