BR, have ya ever checked out Home Lowes Depot for extruded Aluminum channel for the sliding hatch?...I made a sliding door outta the stuff using Starboard and it couldn't have worked better from the factory...use flat-head screws and counter-sink the holes...bada-boom, bada bing ...

So this stuff is already bent around into a channel or what? I will check that out. Need to pick up some propane canisters from Lowes anyway.
