Slow Joe is as full of crap as he's always been. If this bill passes in it's present form corporate tax rates will increase to 28% from 21%, and the capital gains tax rate will increase to 43.4% from 23.8%. The bill also has a provision for banks to report any transactions over $600, and $79 billion for the IRS to hire more goons to increase revenues.
