MJ, I have been thinking about your house situation, that seems to be the sticking point to you getting the help you are due.
If the bank wont foreclose...why not move back in to that house...you could probably pay a little here and there to the bank and they would never foreclose. Just thinking out loud. Good luck to you and all yall Yankees with the storm headed your way.
