$500 is a low price but you could easily be into thousands for repairs depending on the current condition. Check for softness in the floors and flex in the transom for starters. Does the engine run? I would check compression if possible. Whats the condition of the outdrive? Its hard to tell from the pictures but the trailer looks a bit beat up as well. You could wind up spending a lot more money fixing this boat as opposed to buying one in better condition with a better trailer.
