1980 Johnson 140hp

Hi guys A friend of a friend has a 1980 Johnson v4 140hp outboard for sale rebuild last year he wants $600 for motor, power tilt n trim and controls has SS prop it has no vro system and he says compression is good and that he will start it for me and i can check compression..
What say you DEAL or NO DEAL
