I recognize that guy. I saw him on "When Good Cops Go Bad" chasing a perp on the water in a V20. It turns out the "perp" did nothing wrong except the poor guy was just trying to enjoy a batch of Old Fashioned lemon-filled marble frosted bavarian kreme Dunkin donuts. Amazingly he got away with it but only after threatening the man by saying, "its the bench seat or the donuts....which is it gonna be bub?"
