Nope C-4 is my friend, I don't use eels much, I have better luck with 2 other baits but you have to match 1 of them to poles, they dont work as well on some poles as others.
But the magic is in the cousins "Mr Shortie" and "The Bastard". It took me about 15yrs to find out what to purt on these 2 poles and that includes the reels also with the bait. Keep guessing Blue, I'm as tight lipped as trying to get the info out of "Mr Shortie" and "The Bastard".
