These are Navy abreviations. I was a naval arch and these were abbreviations we used everyday writing repair work instructions.

Sorry for the confusion:

my deck "fish box" between the front 2 seats has 2 drains in it. One has a pump attached to it that circulates water into the "fish box". This water then drains into the 2nd drain hole that is open to the bilge.

I found mine one real quiet day when I turned a pump switch on. This pump only circulates but is attached to a brass ovbd fitting that is under the waterline.
