Default Anchoring with a little help from your friends

I like to keep my anchor stored in the cuddy when not in use but never liked handling the anchor and dragging the chain over the fore deck. I thought about different means of storing the anchor on the deck but have been reluctant to create any holes in the deck to allow the anchor rode to pass through. So here's what I've come up with. I keep the anchor stored below but I have replaced the old chain with a new plastic covered one that won't scratch up the deck. The help from my friends? I got the chain with a Cabelas gift certificate that BrianCT12 gave me because I helped him buy some electronics gear on a "boat show only deal" at the last Annapolis boat show. (thanks again Brian) Then I needed to attach a line to that new chain and found the info I needed on the knot tying site Charlie the Tuna posted here recently. So with a little help from my V20 friends I did this:

Thanks guys :)
