| Drifting

Last Saturday we were drifting for Walleyes, we had no luck. My V20 drifts side ways. Is there a way to control the V20s position in a drift, possibly with a sea anchor. My 16' Gruman used to drift like I was trolling, Is this position possible in a V20. Thanks Bill Mc ;D

It definately is possible to drift staight like you are trolling. We used to shark fish on our V20 and it would drift straight ahead. However if the wind and tide weren't working together it would sometimes screw up the drift and cause us to drift sideways. One way we would fix that is taking down the from curtains and this would help staighten us out. John |
