| new seats

O.K. I still have the factory 79' seats and it about time for an upgrade. Went down to boat us or westmarine in waltham and all I found were plastic molded ones with removeable seat cusions for around 100$. Not bad but what have or would you replace yours with. I'm also hoping to gain more room with narrower ones but still need comfort. I'll try to post a pic in the gallery of whats in now.

Gee, I dunno... I always used to sit on an upside down 5 gallon bucket. Turn it other way, and it doubled as a porta-potti. ;D |

I have a flip back cooler seat that was just removed. I picked up a combo leaning post/livewell. It's a standard type leaning post with four rocket launchers across the back and storage underneath and also has a removable 30 gallon round livewell that fits halfway into the rear of the leaning post with a pad on the lid for seating. It also has a drop in backrest which I probably won't use much because with it in, you loose the use of the rod holders. I'll post a pic in my gallery photos. I'll probably be selling the cooler seat for short money if anyone's interested. Good size and in good shape too.
