Ickypocaca!! I no like the airslot.
If I was going to do this again for myself I would do another cuddy or a Dual Console !!! I would really like a Dual!
I really looked at one for the frist time at the boat show with Wellcraft new 22 Sport and fell in love with in.
Then I was a 80 something online and I belive if i ever find one in fair shape around here that I can get that will be my next boat!

Talked to the marina on the Dual console in Statesboro, Ga. ($2,995.00). It's a consignment boat. I had some interest until I remembered talking to a guy who just got rid of one. Due to the windshield design, you will get wet. That can be corrected. I would have a bow cover made for rough weather.

Seacrets, MJ and I had that very same discussion the other day about the windshield design on the dual console models. IMO, it's the main drawback from that particular layout. They basically utilized the center console deck and applied a port and starboard console. Then stuck that joke of a windshield on there. I think the factory could have done a better job with that model and sold a lot more of them. They could have found a way to utilize the cuddy cabin style windshield. Of course, one way of correcting the problem would be side curtains with a Bimini Top. Nice and dry with excellent bow access. ;)
