Platform Brackets
Hey guys,
After my work on the boat last summer, I'm thinking about, getting around to , considering, maybe, going to put the full transom teak swim platform on. Any thoughts on brackets that aren't overpriced or advise in general from the experts? Pete

They are all over priced!!
If I wanted one I think I would but a sheet of 3/4 Starboard and make my own. Might cost more then a commercial or even the same, but I would have one that will be around when the world comes to a end!!

Was suposed to have a custom one made months ago and the guy still hasnt done it. I looked at bracket supports myself and they are all over priced. 80.00 bucks a piece. What a rip off !!.
Go with a sheet of starbord, unless you have the teak already. As far as the bracket supports go, make your4 own if you can or be forced to pay for those over priced supports.
