Reel, I think he meant something like NEXT time he's going to defecate on his neighbor's door step and shoot his dog. At least I hope that's what he meant.
Don't shoot the dog, MJ. It isn't his fault his owner is an a$$hole. I have a neighbor like that -- he got an invisible fence so the dog doesn't get out of his yard, but he leaves his house for hours and leaves his dog outside, and she barks the entire time he is gone. >:(

Pipe, get a couple of giant megaphone speakers, record the dog barkin' all day, aim the speakers at his house and play it back to him about 3 a.m. :o...
