2. Our government requested return of these documents for over 1 year .
3. Trump LIED by advising all documents had been returned .

So why won't Trumps lawyers actually SAY or CLAIM in court Trump declassified the files he illegally took from our Government ?

The reason is crystal clear:
Because they known it's not true, because they can't prove he did, and they don't want to be caught lying to the judge..

The lying, cheating con man traitor trump first claimed they returned ALL documents, then claimed he declassified the documents and can do so " just by thinking about it ."
