Cool

It sepends on the year of the "V". Way back they had side saddle tanks, each holding 18 gallons. Then they moved to metal (Aluminum) floor tanks and over the years they ranged in size. (I think, but I could be wrong that they went from 40 gal to 55 gal). Finally they went to poly tanks that hold 60 gals.

1981 cuddy had a 60 gal from the factory
Replace with a 70 gal we designed
The old tank was full of old gas, 50+ gallons
no leaks just a little corrosion in a couple spots on the bottom

Good move to replace it. Those little corrosion spots can turn ugly quickly.

Original manufacture is still in business in Perry Florida. When i replaced mine 7 years ago, I called them and they had one in stock. Drove over the next day and picked it up, bout 150 miles one-way.
