randle, nope. just me. I don't know how, unless they were affected in a different way. they say it hits everybody differently. my wife is a beast so if she did have it, she could have carried me on her back while doing laundry and push starting a car, while on the stairmaster.

Not much different don here, traffic has been light, but the boat business has been wide open. I'm booking three weeks out right now. Oh yea, I bought another boat last week

hey Blue, yeah, I lost taste and smell. not only that, I haven't fully recovered my sense of smell back. it's almost like I now have about 40% of my sense of smell back.

CTT, it is wild how this virus affects people so differently.

I would be willing to bet that everyone in your house had it but didn't show any symptoms...of course unless they get tested for antibodies you will never know.

Spare,

What boat did you get?

A friend of mine is looking for a new to him boat and they keep selling with in hours of being listed for sale...it makes no sense to me.

Meanwhile car dealers are deeply discounting new cars and giving free financing for 84 months because no one is buying cars.

I picked up a 17 Sea Hunt with a 150 Johnson eagle series 2 stroke on it, got it so cheap I coulnt turn it down. I'm going to go thru teh carbs, new water pump and fuel system and leave it at the house in Sneads Ferry for the summer. As much as i hate to say it I m thinking about selling the V, just dont have the time to do any involved projects. I own four boats now. 99 Sea Ray 210 that once I get back together will be for sale, 81 V20,85 175 Bumble Bee bass boat, that depending on my daughters attitude towards bass fishing, may be for sale, and The 17 Sea Hunt. Had to give the Sea Hunt a name, as I commonly refer to them by a name I cant repeat around the wife or kids , figured I'd call it the Sea-Rona . And yes, people are buying boats like crazy around here, I could easily flip this ea hunt and make some cash, but I'm going to hold on to it for the season at least.

My guess is a lot of people are beginning to realize that fishing may be the only fresh meat that they can get due to all the packing houses closing. (I know the President ordered them open, but times and things change). Fishing is still a great way to provide for your family.

Used boats are going fast because they are so much cheaper.

I would probably starve if I had to rely on the fish I catch! I started buying beef from a friend. He raises them and takes them to a local butcher shop to be processed. I try not to buy mystery meat from big grocery stores. And we have a bunch of other local butcher shops around. My aunt lives in virginia and when she comes up to visit she always stops at the butcher. Says there aren't any down there.

starting to see a lot of small butcher shops coming back, allways good to support the small business. My local one closed down about a year ago, went to the other shop across town and they were slammed
