| Mercury outboard controller alarm

One of my many projects this year on my 1978 V20 was relocating my batteries forward to offset the weight of my new 10hp kicker that I added for trolling. I completed the wiring yesterday, everything seems to work properly but now I have an constant alarm (?) Going off in the new controller that was installed a couple of months ago. Checking the Guest switch wiring diagram, everything appears to be correct. I was pretty careful with labeling wires etc. Any thoughts regarding a potential cause for the alarm? Thanks as always, Duke |

Is the alarm constantly sounding or is there some kind of code beeping?

It is a constant alarm - which I discovered tonight is the temperature sending unit on the engine block. Just need to find a new one online and then I can put this issue behind me. Thanks Duke |
