Calm ocean but very little bite action on head boat from AC, NJ yesterday.

Only a few keepers taken, and despite fishing hard, me zip.....buddy one throw back.

One day from new moon may have affected bite, but I'm hearing it's been slow on tog.

Bg, Maybe the moon but I also think they like a little water movement. Always had some problems catching fish with flat water and very little current, but that's me.
What boat did you go on?

Flat water - maybe. The record tog off Maryland was cuaght on very flat ocean but maybe
