Sorry for the late response back but this work thing is always getting in the way. That's pretty close to what I was thinking as far as the cost. I knew it wasn't cheap and the changes you mentioned will be helpful.
I think I will start getting the parts and wait until January to actually get it put on. I'm starting now to fish the SF bay and ocean until the fall then I hit the fall run stripers hard until the end of the year. Only thing I do from Jan. to March is the sturgeon but I can hitchhike on a buddies boat while mine is down. Thanks again and keep me posted on any other changes or improvements you come across with the pilot house |

Let me know when you get started, I have about 40 feet of the rubber window seal leftover. I needed something like 55 feet but could only get 50 foot rolls. I will sell you what I have.

Great job I did something very much like that when I have my v20 made everything out of starboard I'll have to get a picture of it and show you are you always looks better
