great thread!!! Some of the comments are great examples of the stupid on THT, too many self proclaimed experts, the main reason I don't go over there any more. " was the block marinized by Dart?" "you could have bought a nicer boat with better electronics for what you have in that Wellcraft" "that hull starts to chine walk in the upper 40's" you would have thought it was a Boston Whaler thread Big props to the guy building the boat, looks like he knows what he's doing and has the tools to do it |

Interesting I believe UBHSTRY is from around his town of Pittsburgh PA and has or had a similar setup with about $90000.00 less. Looks like we should have V-20 rally and see how fast they could gooooooooooo! |

I sent him a PM inviting him for come over and join us. He's obviously as crazy as we are. But I love what he's doing to that boat. Just wish I had that kind of dough to spend on mine. Yes, I'm jealous.

Pretty cool. I agree on the THT nitwit comments, "lighten up Francis"...... Only thing I saw that I thought was overkill was that wiring. Good lord!!! Thats pretty intense!!

Ya, I tend to agree with you. But he lives roughly 100 miles from Lake Erie. And with his hints about it being a fresh water boat and it's a trailer queen, I'm betting he's a Walleye fisherman. Overkill on the wiring probably isn't a bad idea on any of the Great Lakes.....especially if you have family along for the ride.
