Default trim leaking,i found it

HI guys i found my leak that is coming from my power trim assembly,But it doesnt make sense, Its a 150 mercury O,B, the trim is out side on the engine and the motor has a black thick cable that the wires run thru and attach to the engine, Get this its leaking from the wire cable where the wires are, there should be no fluid in that area, what should i do or did you ever here of that before, ? thanks for any advice you can give me

that tells me that you have an internal leak in the unit that is filling up areas outside of the hydraulic circuits..... sounds like remove n tear down time

what smoke said, the fluid level has gotten high enough that its gone into the motor, coming out thru the harness, you've got an internal leak
