			That's the dilemma. Close them off and loose the self bailing feature, keep them and have wet feet. I compromised and plugged the drains when needed, on cold days mostly.

			I keep a pair of rubber plugs on board for that reason...when I'm fishing live bait and have a 30 gal tank on the deck, then two guys are at the stern, puttin out lines or playin' fish, she gets a little wet back there...other than that, I typically don't need 'em

			Very nice!! Only other one Ive ever seen with a bracket:  Incidentally I ran into him later that day in my 18 and had to tow him in.
