Default Bike restoration for my daughter

Heres a Montgomery Ward bike i found for my daughter at a garage sale for 5 dollars. She wants it camoflaged but Im gonna paint it back the original lime green. I love that my little girl enjoys fixing up older vintage and classic things with me. It instills in her values that not everything is disposable and you work hard for things you want. will post pics as I work on it

My son had a cherry red and my daughter had a shocking pink. Other than the colors they were just about identical to yours. Got them at JC Pennys when they used to sell stuff like that. Good memories. Thanks.

ya'll ever see a tiger bike? they were raffled off thru Esso stations. my older sister won one when she was about 12(1971?), I inherited it later on. It had a tiger striped seat, painted gold, and had tiger head hand grips. It was pretty cool back in the 70's

Spare that sounds like a really cool bike!!! I have a 1973 Miami Sun tricycle my neighbor gave to me like 8 years ago. I completely built that bike also. I will put pics up of that one, shes a classic with a twist.
