BGA, go to GunsAmerica.com, there should be a flag on there to link to GA friendly dealers in your area, that should get you a FFL that won't gouge you.

the printable ones aren't holding up, they're are getting about 20 rounds thur them before they star falling apart. Its not going to be long before they get it figured out. Supposedly, there was a machine shop in Ca that had the program set up in a CNC machine, you had to index your stock in place and press the button to start the program, that qualified as making it yourself and is leagle. They were having 80% parties on teh weekend, you forked over your money, they showed you how, you did the rest

Yeah, I don't think it will be long before the printed ones are a reliable as the polymer.

I thought about building an 80% lower but it was a cost issue for me. By the time you buy a nice billet 80% lower and the drilling template along with bits you could have bought a few aluminum lowers without the risk of F'ing them up.

Other than the benefits of saying "I milled my own lower" and having a completely legit untraceable AR I just don't see it. If there was a local company offering their CNC for rent I would consider it further.
