been around a while, believe henry o was started by henry o mckee after he sold mckee craft. reminds me of a cross between a cape horn and a sperm whale.

Henry O's are somewhat rare and sought after by some. From what I hear they take some very rough seas for a small boat. MJ's friend ChathamBlue used to have one.
Henry O's were made by one of the McKee brothers while they were still making McKee boats.

Thats interesting because i just saw a Mackee for sale in my neighborhood recently,really took a liking to that as well . I saw one here on this v forum, cant remember who owned it. 35 years of boating and i have never seen either up close Boatangelministries also has a nice Mckee http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1981-...item53f38eb50b

that's what my 16 Mckee was to begin with, the previous owner took teh dual consoles off an added a center console, I replaced the console with a nicer one, I hope to have mine ready for water within the week

Phat, your rite it does look like a sperm whale! The more i look at these 2 the more i like them . Spare what kind of power is on your Mckee ?

88 spl johnrude on the 16, had a 60 merc on the 14 i sold last year

Neighbor down the road has 2 of them, a center console and a dual console. Swears by them. Has gone a lot further offshore than I would in a 17 foot boat.
