Well I am back, dammit, good time, decent weather. Rainy season for them down there now so got a spritz or threat of spritz for most of the days but plenty of sun and heat mixed in.
Nice people down there, But they do have some issues. Anyhow good times, stayed at the Fajardo Inn which is a good place to stay if you guys are looking. Very reasonable prices and the rooms were nice and clean. Nice place, keep it in mind.

This on the $2.50 ferry ride to Vieques, which is a Island off the coast of PR and is beautiful.
This whole side of PR is full of Islands, it is a fishermans paradise. You have this island plus Culebre, which is a world heritage site with one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean sea all within a 12 to 16 mile run from mainland PR and there are dozens and dozens of smaller islands and reefs everywhere to fish. A V20, or better yet a 25 Regulator or Contender would be in fishing nirvana.
